Border Merchant Systems makes key appointments to its customer support

Border has recently announced a number of significant changes to its customer support team with the appointment of three strategic new roles aimed at enhancing its support service.

Lizzie Nicholson joined Border in the role of technical administrator. Lizzie ‘s role is to be the first point of contact for customers telephoning the support department where she logs and helps prioritize Border’s response. In addition, this key position involves supporting Border’s commercial function as well as maintaining the administration and smooth running of the office. IMG 0543

Harrison Knight is moving from Border’s Support department into Development in the role of trainee developer. Finally, Holly Brown will be moving from her role of technical administrator to support executive.
