The Builders Merchants Federation are urging trainees from all sectors of the Builders Merchant and Supply industry to take part in the TT Challenge on Thursday 18th September at the National Motorcycle Museum.

The Trainee Team Challenge is being organised by the Institute of Builders Merchants with the support of the BMF.
Designed as a fun teambuilding day, the TT Challenge will give participants the chance to network with people on a similar career path and work with their peers to achieve positive results. It is designed to be a fun and challenging day, where trainees will leave with a greater understanding of the industry and the career opportunities available to them.
Chris Pateman, Managing Director, BMF says, “Committed to industry training, the BMF supports the TT Challenge and encourages young people to enter the builders merchant industry. We want to encourage our young people to gain skills, further their development and achieve their goals, and an event such as this provides them with the means to do so.”
