Advent win service accreditation

Advent Tools have joined the top 5% of UK businesses by receiving ISO 9001 accreditation.
This globally-recognised award is only given to companies which can demonstrate excellent working practices in regard to eight core criteria.

These are: customer focus, leadership, the involvement of people, a process approach, a system approach to management, continual improvement, a factual approach to decision making and a mutually beneficial supplier relationship.

During the assessment Advent were particularly commended for their ‘investment in people and training that, say the company, “enables them to provide such an efficient service to their customers.”

Advent’s managing director Dave Seal said ‘The award of ISO 9001 is confirmation of the high levels of service that we have always been proud to offer our customers.’
