Lords plans major Beaconsfield redevelopment

Builders merchant Lords is investing into the complete redevelopment of its Beaconsfield branch  to increase the range of new services and improved customers facilities.

Work began on site on 1st of June, with old trade counter and sheds being replaced with a two-storey shop/showroom and warehouse. An improved customer experience will include extended parking areas for cars and larger vans. BEACONSFIELD

With the new store comes a wider product range as well as additional trade services. A landscaping display area and brick library will be available, in addition to an extensive decorating centre and HSS Hire counter.

The site will also house a kitchen and bathroom centre, as part of Lords Plumbing & Heating, where customers can access specialist 3D kitchen and bathroom design services.

The refurbishment project is expected to be finalised in spring 2022. During construction, the branch will remain open for customers, with the service area moved at the rear of the estate.

Reina Reeves, branch manager at Beaconsfield, said: “Refurbishing our branch is a hugely exciting project and we’re looking forward to extending the products and service range for our customers. We’re also pleased to remain open and be able to serve our clients during the works.”

Lords Builders Merchants was established in 1985 as a family-owned business and now has nine branches across west London and the home counties, with continued expansion plans in place.
