Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
CMS Acoustic Solutions is merging with Danskin, to form the UK’s largest dedicated acoustic product supplier, CMS Danskin Acoustics.
As part of SIG Plc, the merger means nationwide coverage with three dedicated and strategically located offices in Wishaw near Glasgow, Warrington and St Ives.
Robert Colver, divisional director, says: “The coming together of CMS Acoustics and Danskin was driven by a number of clear synergies between them, such as strength of specialist product offering and depth of technical expertise, rather than economics. Therefore, it makes sound commercial sense to combine these advantages to create a force to be reckoned with in the market place.”
