Jacuzzi axes 90 from UK workforce

Bathroom manufacturer and supplier Jacuzzi is cutting 90 jobs in the UK.
The losses will come from manufacturing and warehousing as well as other functions.

The company was sold to investment group Apollo Management in 2007 and the losses are required to fund investment in the areas the company has identified for growth – hot tubs, baths, Astracast and BC Sanitan.

Brand director Lesley Holdsworth is one of the casualties.
