Boiler thieves strike at Plumb Center

The Basingstoke branch of plumbers merchant Plumb Center lost five boilers worth more than £10,000 when ram raiders attacked last week.
They used a white Luton-style van to force their way into the branch.

Detective Constable Paul Smith, from Basingstoke CID, said: “The vehicle was driven away from the scene at speed, probably along many of the main roads through Basingstoke and possibly towards the motorway.”
