The Builders Merchants Federation has announced a change to the speaker line-up at the BMF Annual Members Conference on September 17.
Bradley Thomas MP, the newly appointed Conservative Shadow Business Minister, will provide insight into the current political landscape and plans to reboot the UK economy.
Thomas replaces Andrew Griffith MP, who had to withdraw following his recent promotion to Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer.
BMF CEO, John Newcomb said: “Bradley Thomas brings a valuable combination of political and business experience to his new role. At a time when businesses are looking for greater confidence and a clear path to economic growth, our members will welcome the opportunity to hear his views on how the UK can create the conditions for businesses to invest, grow and support the wider economy.”
The BMF Annual Members Conference and Awards takes place at the Belfry Hotel and Resort in Sutton Coldfield on September 16 and 17. Members can find more information and book their place Online.
