SBS (Smith Brothers Stores) has announced it has opened its Nottingham branch and is ready to meet the commercial/industrial plumbing, heating and ACR requirements within the Nottingham, Derby and Lincoln areas.
Its new branch is over 27,000 sq ft and is situated within Blenheim industrial estate on Freeston Drive, two miles from J26 of the M1 motorway and approximately five miles from Nottingham’s city centre.
New branch manager, Nathan Kinnear, said: “We are excited to open the doors of our 27,000+ sq. ft. warehouse. We want to make SBS Nottingham the first choice for customers both locally and within our surrounding areas. Smith Brothers’ promise of staff, stock and service allows us to hold unrivalled stock levels of key products to fulfil our customer’s needs and requirements, and most importantly give them confidence that their projects are fulfilled with the greatest service offering.”
Kinnear’s journey in the HVAC sector began in 2010 when he gained valuable experience at Wolseley. He also held positions at BSS before advancing from technical sales to branch manager roles at various Midlands locations.
Before this role, he served as an ASM at SBS Leicester, overseeing multiple locations including Nottingham, Derby, Lincoln, and Leicester.
