Springfarm Architectural Mouldings Limited (SAM) has announced it has agreed to acquire: Timber Trade, W. Howard Limited and its sister companies W. Howard Kildare Limited (WH) and Polyco Limited.
Sam McCrea, CEO of SAM, and Johnathan Grant, group chief executive of W.Howard, said in a joint statement SAM and W.Howard trading brands will continue to operate and trade as normal and all existing processes will remain the same until the deal is concluded; which shall be subject to any usual legal and regulatory approvals.
