Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
The Pavestone Rally, the bienniel, all-industry event that combines old cars, fancy dress, and wierd and wonderful challenges across Europe over a five-day period, raised £214,000 for the 2025 event.
The event took place from September 3 to 7 2025 and took participants across Northern Europe from Dusseldorf to Amsterdam via Berlin, Malmo and Hamburg.
All contestants had to do was find some suitable team-mates, buy a road-legal car for under £1,000 and put on their fancy dress, – a different theme each day – and complete challenges along the way all in aid of charity. There were also a number of pre-rally challenges, and prizes for various challenges along the way.
Every pound raised will be shared between Variety, Crash, Lighthouse, Teenage Cancer Trust, and a charity of the participants’ own choice.
