James Burrell Builders Merchant marked the first-year anniversary of their Morpeth branch by holding a celebratory customer event last week.
Exclusive on the day deals were on offer, as well as merchandise, product advice and free food! A number of key 
suppliers also joined the celebrations including: Stonemarket, Birtley Group Lintels, Ox Tools, Velux, Hanson Plywood and Hush Acoustics.
Kevin Dawson, Regional Sales Manager, said: ‘We wanted to put on an event to say ‘thank you’ to our customers for their support and being part of the journey over the past 12 months – it’s been a fantastic year for our Morpeth branch. With customer support and the hard work of our Morpeth Sales Team, the branch has cemented itself as part of the local community and we can’t wait to see what the coming years bring’.
The branch, situated in Coopies Lane Industrial Estate, opened its doors to the Northumberland Trades people in 2018 following a £1million project. The opening was part of a wave of investment as James Burrell have recently invested £250k in renovating their Blyth branch and a staggering £2million into opening their 10th branch in Rotherham.
