Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
Pavestone UK, the manufacturer of landscaping materials, and structural building products for the housebuilding sector, has appointed Alex McLeod as the group’s new chief executive officer.
He will report to the shareholders through outgoing CEO, Jon Layton, who continues as executive board lead director, helping to shape long-term strategy.
As CEO, McLeod will be responsible for advancing the company’s strategic development, strengthening its market position, and meeting with teams across businesses and customers. He brings extensive leadership experience having held senior roles at British Gypsum, Saint-Gobain Isover UK, Superglass, Crendon Timber Engineering, and The National Timber Group.
