Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
MKM has opened its new Eastleigh branch, with darts legend Bob “The Limestone Cowboy” Anderson and new branch directors Paul Andrews and Mike Creagh in attends.
The merchants new branch is located on the town’s Woodside Road and has a trade counter with kitchens, bathroom and landscaping displays, providing a complete offering for trade and retail customers across the region.
Creagh said: “At MKM Eastleigh our aim is to build long-term relationships with our customers, provide best-in-class customer service, and create a great working environment for our brilliant branch team. We are looking forward to working closely with our customer base of tradespeople and homeowners across Eastleigh, offering them the wealth of experience and superb skills our team can provide.”
The branch directors bring almost seven decades of combined experience to their new roles, the pair have already welcomed old and new customers into the branch.
Andrews said: “As an independent builder’s merchant, MKM offers a unique option to customers, allowing for the support that best meets their individual needs. MKM Eastleigh is no different every member of our team is an expert in their chosen area, which gives us the ability to offer an unrivalled level of service, as well as being able to forge our own path as a business.”
Also, in attendance to cement their new charity partnership with MKM Eastleigh was local charity Abby’s Heroes. The branch has donated £1600 and has also pledged its ongoing support for the charity.
“MKM Eastleigh have chosen Abby’s Heroes as our charity partner as we know how important the work that the team carries out is to our local community. We are delighted to provide them with a donation to mark our launch and will be offering continued support as we move forward, including bake sales and raffles in branch,” added Andrews.
