North west independent builders merchants Beesley & Fildes have bought CSS (North West ) Ltd .
The acquisition means that Beesley & Fildes inherits the customers of the 21 year-old business and increases their branch number to ten. CSS has been established since 1998 and trades from a single site in Walkden Worsley near Manchester. This will be Beesley & Fildes’ second branch in the Manchester area.
Collins M&A acted as lead advisers to CSS in the sale of the business. Damian Hadcroft MD of CSS will stay with the business helping the group with integration and growth.
