Balcas Ltd is pleased to announce the sale of the business of its subsidiary Balcas Kildare Ltd, to the W.Howard Group Ltd.
Balcas Kildare has been successfully manufacturing decorative mouldings since 1988. It has consistently been at the forefront of product innovation with its primed moulding brand “Fable” and more recently with the launch of “Kota” a fully finished range of decorative mouldings.
It has developed a strong reputation for quality and service over many years, which the W.Howard Group has recognised, along with its manufacturing capability and latent available capacity.
CEO, Brian Murphy said: “We are delighted with the sale as there is real confidence in the potential of the new business and a clear determination from the new owner to harness the existing strengths of both companies to provide a long term future for manufacturing on the current site.”
