Tembe announce new Chief Executive Office and Managing Director

Building and decorating supplier Tembe has announced a new leadership structure.   

Founder Guy Malam will move from his current managing director role to CEO & sales director, with Dell Fitzgerald, currently sales director South, moving into the managng director role effective from December 1 2025.

The new structure will give Malam the capacity to focus on Tembe’s exciting growth strategy as CEO and as sales director, spending more time with customers to develop mutual growth plans.

As managing director, Fitzgerald will lead the day-to-day running of the business, assuming all back-office and support function responsibilities, whilst supporting Malam in leading the commercial activity in the South.

Forbes brings deep expertise in transport and logistics that will further support the company’s growth plans with national housebuilders. As National Operations Director – Strategic Projects, Neil Grindley will assume responsibility for Normans, supporting Martina McGibney as Managing Director of the Jersey-based business, which has its roots and heritage dating back 185 years on the island. The team will benefit from Grindley’s breadth of experience with Jewson and his leadership of the company’s ‘Branch of the Future’ programme and Tool Hire business.
