Aaron Frogley, Rally organiser, said: “I sincerely hope that we will be joined, not only by the previous teams, but also by new teams looking to join this incredible fundraising group.

“I know its not the gruelling 26 mile marathon that a lot of fundraisers undertake, but it is a great way to raise money for charity and to make industry contacts and lifelong friends.”

It has said the full entry fee is covered which includes; five nights in hotels, return ferry crossings, European car kit, Go Karting, Mandatory Vignette’s and low emission stickers, goody box and a presentation meal on the final night.

Pavestone have said that the main costs would be fuel, food and drink. However, at this late stage it is not worried about what car is used as it is more focused on raising as much money as possible for its four charities.

This year it has set teams some pre-rally challenges to do before the event, teams will receive a goody box before the start of the event.

RGB Pavestone Rally team has raised £7,000 so far and has said “the team is now really looking forward to the rally and meeting fellow competitors.”

Previous rallies have raised over £450,000 and the target for 2023 is higher than ever as it hopes it raises £250,000. This can only be achieved with fundraising efforts from all within our industry.
