Kieran Griffin takes on Plumb role

Plumbers merchant Plumb Centre, part of Wolseley UK, has announced the appointment of Kieran Griffin as divisional managing director.

Griffin has a wealth of management experience within the building materials industry, having joined Keyline as a graduate trainee, moving through the Travis Perkins Group via managing directorships of CCF, Keyline, Travis Perkins Midlands and North West, and BSS, to end up as Travis Perkins plc managing director, a role he left in February last year.

He says: “I joined Plumb Centre because it’s the market leader within the industry. The market landscape is changing at pace, with cost pressures, new technologies and policy changes there is a greater need for expertise. I’m looking forward to leading the business through these challenges to help our diverse range of customers meet their business goals.”
