Staff, customers, friends and suppliers of Rudridge Ltd are warming up for its annual 7-a-side football tournament, hosted this year by former West Ham striker and Sky Sports pundit Tony Cottee.

To be held on Friday 23 May 2014 at West Ham United’s home ground Upton Park, they will be joined by footballing legends Ray Parlour, Phil Babb, Darren Anderton and Paul Allen.
The Independent groundwork and civil engineering merchant said they value opportunities to thank their customers and suppliers and also get to know them better.
Rudridge director, Alan Betteridge, said: “This tournament will not only be a lot of fun and a great opportunity for our customers and suppliers, but may also be a once in a lifetime chance for them to experience the thrill of playing at the home of Premiership football team, West Ham United, alongside footballing legends too.
“Players need not worry about whether they are in shape, the event is all about fun!
“As well as Rudridge staff providing a selection of ‘top players’, a number of our suppliers will be participating. If you are after a bit of friendly competition in the construction industry, this could be the opportune moment. Thank you to all the companies confirmed as supporting the day. These include Aco PLC, Milton Pipes, Day Aggregates, Marshalls, Brett Landscaping, Stanton Bonna, Naylor Drainage, Wavin Plastics, Peter Savage and Charcon.”
