Highbourne Group to host Teenage Cancer Trust gala dinner

Highbourne Group hosts Teenage Cancer Trust gala dinner

Highbourne Group is set to host its inaugural gala dinner in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust on June 13 at The Belfry in Sutton Coldfield.

Since first partnering with Teenage Cancer Trust in 2012, Highbourne Group has raised more than £3.4 million through a variety of fundraising initiatives, from corporate conferences and charity skydives to sponsored head shaves.

Teenage Cancer Trust partnership lead for Highbourne Group, Dave Griggs, says: “We set ourselves an ambitious target to raise £5 million over the course of our partnership with Teenage Cancer Trust, and our gala dinner is a great event to help us get closer to that goal.

“We recently extended our commitment to the charity by three years, bringing the partnership to a total of 15 years. During that time, we feel that we can make a positive change for the charity and the families it supports.

“The events we’re holding this year, from fundraising challenges to the gala dinner, show how strong that commitment remains. Together, we’re determined to build on what we’ve raised so far and help Teenage Cancer Trust continue its vital work supporting young people with cancer.”
