PLASSON UK’s area sales manager for the West Midlands & South Wales, Harry Slade, has successfully completed his Level 4 BMF sales executive apprenticeship, delivered in partnership with LEAP Apprenticeships & Early Careers.
Slade joined PLASSON UK in April 2024 as the company’s first apprentice, combining hands-on sales experience with structured learning.
Sales director Victoria Fiddies says: “Harry has strengthened his sales expertise, enhanced his strategic approach to customer engagement, and built strong, lasting relationships across his region. For PLASSON, he has set a brilliant example of how impactful this kind of programme can be for both individuals and our organisation.”
Harry’s achievement marks a significant milestone for both him and the business, having paved the way for two additional apprenticeships at PLASSON and reinforcing the company’s commitment to developing talent from within.
