Staff and customers of Palladium Building Supplies in Kingsbridge got together to raise money to help a little boy with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy last Friday.
Palladium staff and customers came out to support Liam Jones, aged 6, and raise money towards a machine he can use daily to significantly slow down the progression of the disease.
They managed to raise £300 selling bacon rolls, coffee and delicious homemade cakes. Coffee was donated by Adam Parnham of Caffe Amor, The Crabshell Inn Kinsbridge donated the coffee machine and local supermarkets Tesco and Morrisons made donations.
