Jewson repeats support for ECB

This privilege account scheme encourages club members and the local community to work together to get the ground ready for the new season. In 2013, over 800 clubs benefitted from the scheme.

This is the third year running that builders’ merchant Jewson has provided support through its Privilege Account Scheme. Clubs that pay £50 into their local Jewson branch benefit from a donation of £350 from the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB, giving them a total of £400 to spend on building and decorating materials at their local Jewson branch.

“The Privilege Account reinforces Jewson’s long-established commitment to supporting local communities and this year we have seen even more clubs taking advantage of the scheme,” says James Bugden, key account manager at Jewson.
