Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
Grafton Group plc announced today (February 1) that it has bought Allsand Supplies Limited, a single branch general builders merchanting business located in Larkfield, Kent.
Allsands reported revenue of £6.0 million in the year to 31 March 2015.
This bolt-on acquisition enhances market coverage and complements the existing branch network in the South East of England.
