Geoworks launches geogrid design platform

Geosynthetic solutions specialist Geoworks has launched Geoworks IQ, a design specification platform designed to create geogrid design specifications for haul roads.

Built for engineers, contractors and specifiers across the UK and Ireland, Geoworks IQ uses the proven Giroud–Han design methodology to provide comparative designs across independently tested and verified TerraGrid Pro geogrid options.

The platform gives potential cost and carbon savings, while simplifying the design and specification process for reinforced ground applications.

Through clear visual comparisons, Geoworks IQ provides side-by-side analysis of multiple reinforced and unreinforced build-ups, showing potential savings in cost, aggregate, vehicle movements and carbon emissions.
