Campbell said: “A priority in my role will be empowering the team around me. Through regular audits, monitoring our processes and targets, we can ensure that we collectively work towards Codelocks’ new sustainability and quality goals. Behaviour change will come through finding efficiencies across the whole of Codelocks’ global operations.

“We’ll begin with the UK, but quickly expand to incorporate the wider organisation. I have knowledge to share and I’m excited to start helping the company progress to the next level.”

He is certified by the International Register of Certificated Auditors as a lead audit assessor and has created many educational materials for the Guild of Architectural Ironmongers that are also approved by the Royal Institute of British Architects.

Colin Campbell, managing director of Codelocks, said: “After more than 30 years of operations, Codelocks is looking to mature in certain areas, and bringing Paul on board will enable us to make that level change. We’re streamlining our entire supply chain and with the aim to make as many efficiencies as possible. Paul will make that a reality for us, and there will be positive benefits for everyone – customers, suppliers, and employees.”
