It is expected that this will be commissioned in July of this year allowing customers to collect smaller quantities of concrete, mortar and screeds.

Cartmore will also be able to deliver these products for customers via a tub delivery system which in itself will result in cleaner sites with no mixing, no washdown of mixers or residual mess or waste.

This will be the first such plant and agreement with Fibo in Scotland and one of the first in the whole UK.

Gordon Banks, Director of Cartmore said: “We have been in discussions with Fibo for some months now and are delighted that we have reached an agreement to allow the installation of this facility. It is a market leading concept, and we are absolutely convinced that customers in East Central Scotland will find it to be a great asset.

“At Cartmore we are always looking for ways in which we can invest in our business to bring top quality products and facilities to our customers and following our investment last year in our award-winning hard landscaping display we believe this will be yet another significant step forward for our business. July can’t come soon enough!”
