Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
The BMF (Builders Merchants Federation) has launched Building Materials Jobs, a free online recruitment support service.
The addition of a dedicated “Search for Jobs” tab, located at the top of every page on the website, BMCareers.com, provides instant access to all current job vacancies, which can be searched by location, employer, job role, salary or keyword.
BMF members who have signed up to use the website and uploaded an Employer Profile can add jobs, edit jobs, and link advertised jobs to the website where candidates can apply.
BMF CEO John Newcomb says, “Building Materials Jobs makes it far simpler for those lacking digital resources or back-office HR teams to promote opportunities for new starters and participate alongside larger companies that have recruited through the platform. We’ll be using our social media campaign to reach out to diverse audiences and drive them to the new job search pages. Members should act now to participate and gain the benefit.”
While BMF members can add jobs directly via the Members Area log-in, if they are listing multiple roles, they can also ask the BMF team to assist with bulk uploads.
