Beesley & Fildes, the independent builder’s merchant with 11 branches across the North West, has concluded its tour of the region’s best towns with its Roofing Roadshow, a series of events that displayed the hottest trade products and expertise the industry has to offer.
The roadshows welcomed a number of visitors to Beesley & Fildes’ branches throughout April, where they were able to browse an extensive range of popular products, including tiles, roofing windows, waterproofing materials, solar panels, slates and felts, while getting advice from the industry’s leading suppliers.
A host of reputable brands and manufacturers were represented during the roadshows, including Velux, Dakea, Cromar, Cembrit, Lindab, Redland, Tapco, Marley, Timloc, Ariel, Iko, Warwick Windows, TLX Insulation, Kytun, Ultra Flex, BMI Group, North West Aluminium, KPB and Coxdome.
There were also plenty of fantastic prizes to be won, including Dakea raffling off an M4A roof window with flashing, while Cembrit donated a Milwaukee drill set and Beesley & Fildes gave away a Nintendo Switch and event goodie bags containing branded mugs, pads and pens.
Steve Linacre, Roofing Product Manager for Beesley & Fildes, said: “We had high hopes for our roofing roadshows and we’re delighted with the great feedback that we’ve since received from both guests and suppliers. Our main objective was to promote the roofing products that are fully accessible across all of our branches and this series of events certainly helped to achieve this goal.
“The roadshows are the ideal place for the region’s trade to gather, catch up and share some great ideas. Our visitors were able to access premium quality products from the most trusted manufacturers in the business, with every item offering ease of use and consistent availability.”
Beesley & Fildes’ own specialists were also available during the shows to offer guidance on all of their customers’ roofing requirements. This included information around technical specifications and fitting instructions, while pointing them towards the most compatible products for the job in hand.
The roadshows took place in Radcliffe, Swinton, Walkden, Warrington, Chester and Huyton and the products featured are available at all branches of Beesley & Fildes. Meanwhile, the business has two dedicated roofing centres at its Huyton and Radcliffe locations.
