Abode has launched Linaro, a new granite sink range that answers the latest trends for minimalist design, durable surfaces, and enhanced functionality.
Each Linaro sink is made using SioForm+, Abode’s new granite sink material, and include the slimmest dividing wall on the market for 1.5 bowl sinks. The main bowl measures 37cm, a full 50cm wider than equivalent 1.5 Bowl Sinks.
Designed to be fitted both inset and undermount, the Linaro sink range is suitable for all types of work surfaces with a choice of finishes to suit every style of kitchen. The Linaro 1.0 bowl sink is available in 3 widths to fit 50cm, 60cm or 80cm cabinets, with the Linaro 1.5 bowl sink fitting a 60cm cabinet. If there isn’t enough space behind the sink, or you prefer to avoid drilling holes in the work surface, then the Linaro 1.0 Bowl Tapledge allows the tap to be fitted directly onto the sink. The “tapledge” has 3 part drilled holes, which means you can also add an Abode Swich filter control, hand spray or soap dispenser alongside the tap.
It comes in in Pure Black, Pure White or Slate Grey finishes, with the addition of Taupe Granite later in the year, which is a brand-new neutral stone colour with undertones of grey and brown. Plus, Abode’s new SioForm+ construction material means that each contemporary finish is ultra-matt with no flecks or sparkles. Linaro is supplied with sleek stylish covered wastes and flush overflows in brushed steel finish as standard, with the option to choose colour-matched variants to complement both sink and tap for a truly custom look.
Aaccessories include a versatile FlexRack to protect worktops from hot pots and pans or turn the main bowl into a suspended draining board; a multi-functional prep board made of bamboo that extends the working area of the cook zone; and a caddy-style colander to rinse fruit and veg, drain pasta, or strain canned food as needed.
