Whale announces launch of Whale Sense

Whale has announced the launch of their Whale Sense shower, which comes with Bluetooth connectivity.

Whale Sense is an additional control unit that enables Bluetooth connectivity between the Whale Instant Match and mixer shower in a pumped drainage installation.

The Instant Match uses a digital signal sent from the Whale Sense via Bluetooth to automatically adjust the pump speed in relation to the flow rate of the shower, removing the need for a wired connection to the Instant Match and minimising gulley suction noise.

In addition, Whale Sense offers increased end-user and property protection through its safety and flood reduction features.

The solenoids may be controlled via a passive infrared sensor or a retractive switch. This feature ensures water is not left running, conserving water, and providing additional protection for users who may forget to turn off the water.
