Viv Anderson joins ArtificialGrass.com at NMBS 2022

Continuing its footballing tradition at its stand at the NMBS exhibition in April, ArtificialGrass.com will be partnered once again by a headline football legend. This year ArtificialGrass.com will welcome Viv Anderson, ex-England football pioneer.

Anderson will be available on ArtificialGrass.com’s stand number 51 at the annual NMBS event, taking place at Coventry Building Society Arena on 6-7 April 2022.

Anderson was the first black player to represent the England senior squad in football and went on to gain thirty caps for his country, as well as serving under Brian Clough at Nottingham Forest in their League and European Cup wins.  He was awarded an MBE in 2000 for his work in the wider football community and is still held in high esteem by the fans and clubs he has played for including Manchester United, Arsenal and Sheffield Wednesday.

Andy Driver, sales and marketing director of Evergreens UK Group, of which ArtificialGrass.com is the merchant brand, said: “Face-to-face events like these are a natural extension of our ever-present in-store visits to NMBS merchants. Keeping the conversations going – whether about football or artificial grass products – helps us continue to build healthy relationships and understand market dynamics from members’ perspectives.  It’s been great to have Viv involved as a fellow pioneer in his field, and we’re looking forward to the banter and buzz on the stand that we’ve enjoyed at previous shows.”

Approaching its 10th year as NMBS suppliers, ArtificialGrass.com will be inviting show visitors to enjoy a few moments and a photo with Anderson as well as discussing future offers and additions to the ArtificialGrass.com range.
