Following another year of growth, Viessmann UK is increasing investment in the sales, marketing, and service areas of its business by creating three new senior staff roles and altering the focus of a fourth. These changes are being made to ensure that high levels of customer service keep pace with rising demand.

In the biggest change, Richard Cooper will work with national account customers and plumbers’ merchants in the newly created role of National Accounts Director.

In two more new roles, Phil Jones is appointed Regional Sales Manager – South and Martyn Lockwood becomes Regional Sales Manager – North in order to provide greater support on a regional basis, including sales of heating systems for specification projects.

In the existing role of Sales Director, Ian Brookes’ remit now places greater emphasis on working with installers.

Viessmann UK’s managing director, Graham Russell, commented: “As Viessmann continues to grow, it is critically important that we constantly improve to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. These changes to our domestic sales structure are designed to ensure even better coverage and support in all our sales areas and to improve our communication in the supply chain.”
