Twyford creates press and events coordinator role

Ilaria Genovese has been appointed to the newly-created post of press and events coordinator for Twyford and Keramag Design.

Reporting to head of marketing, Sabine Mané, she will manage and coordinate all of Twyford and Keramag Design’s events and exhibitions, liaise with their PR agency and will propose and manage a social media strategy for both companies.

The Italian joined Twyford in the summer of 2011 as a marketing assistant, part of a graduate programme with sister company Pozzi-Ginori. She was then offered a temporary post as product manager for Twyford and became Keramag Design product manager in January 2014, before making the move to this new, permanent role.

This year saw the launch of Twyford’s Energy Collection and charity competition Bathroom Singer of the Year.

Genovese said: “I am greatly looking forward to developing the role to make sure all of our events and PR reflect the values of the Twyford and Keramag Design brands.”
