Travis Perkins have announced the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Tile It All (UK) Ltd from owners Stephen and Shirley Bell.
Tile It All trades from 16 outlets predominantly in Scotland and the north east of England, retailing tiles and accessories.
The acquisition follows the recent acquisitions Tile Giant and Tile Magic meaning Travis Perkins now operate 67 tile outlets across the UK.
Travis Perkins chief executive Geoff Cooper said: ‘Under the entrepreneurial leadership of md, Mo Iqbal, our tile businesses are set to become a major force in this attractive and growing market. The acquisition of Tile It All provides excellent growth in our business and branch network and is consistent with our strategy of investing in specific adjacent market segments.’
