Tile Depot supports Family Week

Tile retailer Tile Depot has helped hundreds of children get their hands on tiles to decorate as part of its support of National Family Week.

The Arts, Cooking & Play Day event in Hayes was organised and hosted by Hillingdon Play Association.

David Brown, store manager of Tile Depot in Uxbridge, said: “It’s really excellent that tile decorating is such a popular activity with children. It encouraged some real creativity, which is fantastic. With five branches close by and others within just a few miles of Hillingdon, we’re pleased to support the Play Association as part of our local community.”

Stephanie Tchertoff-Thomas, inclusive playworker at Hillingdon Play Association, said: “Tile decorating is always a huge hit with the children and the families we work with and we’re very grateful to Tile Depot for the donation.”
