Supreme Concrete has published an updated edition of its 78-page range guide following rationalisation of its pre-cast concrete products range at the end of last year.
The supplier of concrete building products for domestic, commercial and local authority applications, Supreme undertook a range review as part of a programme of initiatives to address an unprecedented and continuing spike in demand for many of its fast-moving products.
The new guide contains full details of the company’s current range of over one thousand different product specifications, including everything from slotted fence posts and gravel boards for domestic and commercial applications to bollards and other street furniture, pier caps and copings, floor beams and blocks, pre-stressed lintels and general building products. It also includes valuable design and application guidance to help specifiers and users select the appropriate product for each application.
Around 100 slow moving products, including various specifications of wet-cast lintels, posts, gravel boards and associated landscape and garden items have been removed from the range guide and cease to be available from the beginning of 2015.
Tim Wright, Supreme sales director, said: “Our rationalisation programme involved only a small percentage of our total portfolio and was one of a range of changes we undertook to address the current market challenges. By working closely with customers, however, we are confident that we can provide suitable alternatives from our retained range, and thus minimise any impact on their businesses. More importantly, the changes will have a significant effect on our production programme, enabling us to continue to offer on-time, in-full delivery of the products included in our updated range guide.”
