Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
Scell-it (UK) has acquired both Rivco Ltd and Kamtech Fasteners (ARK brand), strengthening its position in the Construction Fixings, Rivets, Rivnuts and Setting Tools sector.
Kamtech Fasteners, based in West Bromwich, established in 2015 and have a customer base which aligns with that of Scell-it (UK). Its has said its acquisition will bring a further £1.5m of turnover and four sales and warehouse staff to the newly formed Group.

Steven Auld, the original majority shareholder of both acquired businesses, will continue with the group in his new role as joint managing director, supporting the Group’s staff and customers.
