Roman invest £100,000 in customer relations

New premises and investment in new management will ensure that all sales functions will operate from one central point for the shower manufacturer
Shower manufacturer Roman have opened a new £100,000 customer relationship centre to deal with sales orders, information about promotions, order queries, installation questions and technical enquiries, and to provide help generally.

The series of open-plan offices brings together the full customer care team, combining several departments such as sales support, technical helpline, installation and after-sales service.

The company have recruited Alison Harrison, an experienced customer relationship manager, to be responsible for the facility.

The centre currently holds 20 office-based staff, which will increase over time to allow for more sales and call-centre staff, up to a total of 40 people.
