Pipe Centre and Climate Centre unveil new logistics model

Pipe Centre and Climate Centre, have launched a new logistics model

Pipe Centre and Climate Centre, both part of the Wolseley Group, have launched a new hub-and-spoke logistics model across the capital designed to improve delivery speed, product availability and service reliability across London and the South East.

The new model will include a network of 15 branches, supported by three major hubs offering 150,000 square feet of storage and a fleet of 35 delivery vehicles, all operating across Greater London and the South East. The infrastructure supports same-day delivery, next-day delivery for orders placed by 5pm, and scheduled deliveries outside standard operating hours.

Luke Gray, director of region for London and the South East, said: “Customers need certainty – especially in a city like London where timelines are tight and access is complex. This new model enables us to deliver faster, more reliably, and with greater flexibility.”
