Two partners in independent builders merchant buying group NBG have gone all out for Movember, the initiative which sees chaps growing moustaches for November in aid of charity.
Kellaway Building Supplies in Bristol and Higgins of Wellingborough have got behind the campaign to raise awareness of and funds to fight prostate and testicular cancer.
Kellaway has even recruited some of its female members fo staff as ‘Mo-Sistas’, charged with raising awareness and much needed funds.
Barry Edbrooke, Kellaway’s Team Captain said “We wanted to have a bit of fun this Movember, it’s something we’d never consider doing any other time of year, but at least this way we can all look self conscious together and shout about these important causes for guys.”
Meanwhile, up in Wellingborough, Higgins are selling specially designed T-shirts and have commissioned special Movember Higgi bulk bags. For every promotional bulk bag purchased, Higgins is donating to the charity.
