The Keystone Group and Wyckham Blackwell have announced that they have between them acquired a 50% stake in the Timber Innovations Ltd Timber Frame business in Solihull as part of a Strategic Partnership Agreement.
The agreement focuses on providing total timber engineering building solutions, sharing manufacturing best practice and facilities, developing new and improved offsite construction, options and financial and purchasing support.
Wyckham Blackwell managing director Stephen Thompstone said: “We have worked closely with the team at Timber Innovations for many years and this will be a huge help to take our business to a wider customer base.”
Sean Coyle Keystone Group Chairman said: “Timber Innovations is a perfect fit with our other Group businesses and we are looking forward to working closely with their team developing off-site and pre-manufactured product ranges to the Construction and House Building Industry.
