Keyline opens Cornish branch

Exciting news comes from the Civils Specialists, Keyline, as the brand new two-acre branch is now open in Bodmin, Cornwall. Keyline is a trusted distributor with a nationwide network of 60 branches. This branch opening highlights one of the many ways Keyline is strengthening its reach and expanding its already large, loyal customer base in the South West of England.

Having opened its doors in December 2019, this brand-new branch is ready to support the newly expanded Exeter branch, bringing both products and customer services closer to customers in the South West region.

After extensive market research, Keyline discovered that there was an ever-growing demand in this currently untouched region, proving a gap in the market for the Civils Specialists to fill. Keyline have also reached out to this new community to ensure they’re providing a full product offering to customers. BODMIN TEAMRESIZED2

The brand-new team includes branch manager, Luke Bromley, who has a great deal of experience within the company, having had an internal promotion and relocating from his previous branch in Bedford. Accompanying Luke is Assistant Manager, Josh Saxton, who graduated after two years in management training at Keyline and was offered the role at Bodmin as his first posting. Keyline has also ensured that the team includes local experts who know the market well, Steve Jenkin being one of them, he comes new to the Keyline business but has a wealth of industry knowledge and insight into the local area. Overseeing the team and branch as a whole is regional director, Adam Franklin.

Bromley, comments: “It’s an exciting time for Keyline to open our first branch in Cornwall and an especially interesting challenge for myself as it will be my first role as Branch Manager. We’ve discovered that there’s a demand for a Civils Specialist in that region and it’s great that we’re the ones filling that gap.  We’ve got plans to expand the Bodmin team and branch as a whole over time so watch this space.”
