Keyline hosts the ‘best ball in town’ for charity

Keyline Builders Merchants held the ‘Best Ball in Town’ in support of their charity partner, The Prostate Cancer Charity, raising over £7,500.

More than 150 guests from across the North-East region, including Keyline customers, suppliers and staff, arrived at De Vere Oulton Hall to enjoy a three course meal, a charity auction and an evening of entertainment.

Guest put their hands in their pockets to take part in the popular charity auction and raffle, with fantastic prizes being donated from suppliers, including a limited edition football signed by legendary Brazilian player Pele, a golf day at Gleneagles, a new driveway or patio and many more.

Allan Wright, Keyline regional director, said: “The Keyline ball is a great opportunity for customers, colleagues and suppliers to come together and have a bit of fun while helping to raise money for a worthy cause. This is the third year we have held the ball and each year gets better and better.

“In addition to the ball, staff from all over Keyline have been organising fundraising events at their local branches for the month of Movember. The enthusiasm and support of staff and partners is very much appreciated.”

Keyline has raised over £400,000 for The Prostate Cancer Charity since 2009.
