Dancik International and Mincron, which specialised respectively in the development of solutions for distributors of flooring and building products, will both be known as Kerridge Commercial Systems with immediate effect.

Alan Cross, KCS Executive Vice President North America, said: “As we continue to grow in North America, it makes sense to have our people and products under one brand name and to share our commitment to remain at the forefront of technology for distributive trades globally. We were able to integrate the Dancik and Mincron businesses quickly and their customers are excited to be working with us. Knowing that KCS has focused on the distribution market in Europe for the last 40 years has given them confidence they are in a safe pair of hands.”

Ian Bendelow, CEO at KCS, said: “Our presence in the North American market has been strengthened by these two acquisitions and is set for further growth in this important region.  Both businesses aligned with our successful strategy of developing our core K8 product to provide functionally rich trading and business solutions to the distributive trades.”
