JPS has opened its new Glasgow AVAIL Housing Hub, supporting housing providers, contractors, and the wider community across Glasgow.
The new hub, located in Unit 1, 221 Bernard Street, Glasgow, features a dedicated meeting space designed for use by customers, community partners, and third-sector organisations.
In addition, George Boyd will begin trading from the Hub, making it a dual-branded site – similar to JPS’s Aberdeen location.
Ryan Kellingray, regional operations director of JPS, said: “The launch of our Glasgow AVAIL Housing Hub marks a significant step forward in how we support social housing providers across the region. By bringing together materials, technology, logistics, waste solutions and training under one roof, we’re helping our partners meet the evolving demands of the sector, from rising costs and changing legislation to the urgent need for decarbonisation. This hub is more than just a supply centre. It’s a strategic resource designed to empower communities and improve outcomes for tenants. It also forms part of our long-term strategy to have multiple locations throughout Glasgow to support social housing providers across the city.”
