Four members of staff at independent builders merchant Huws Gray got in their rowing boat for charity earlier this month.

Martin Jones, Simon Humphreys, Matthew Powell and Greg Smith from the Huws Gray Telford branch rowed 22 miles along the River Severn from Atcham to Bridgnorth to raise money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Setting off at 7am from The Mytton and Mermaid in Atcham, they completed the gruelling challenge in all sorts of weather conditions an incredible seven hours’ later, raising over £1000 so far for the charity.
