Gledhill Building Products, the manufacturer of stainless steel and copper cylinders, has expanded its Blackpool factory by adding a mezzanine floor.
The new level has added an extra 612 square meters of factory space. The additional capacity will help increase product turnaround by allowing the company to store more products at the factory.
Lynne Porter, operations director at Gledhill Building Products, said: “The extra space we have generated has really benefited our factory output. With increased storage space we are able to hold more stock at our Blackpool factory and free up room at our other 15 UK manufacturing depots.”
