Timber window and door specialist Dale Joinery has grown its team to help deal with increased enquiries for its products.
Rachel Avery and Isabelle Anello have joined Swindon-based Dale Joinery in the estimating and sales teams.
The move follows a period of sustained investment in its UK merchant network, including the ongoing development mini-showroom installations, the creation of a new brochure and website and attendance at major events.
This has culminated in significantly increased enquiries from merchants, homeowners and self-builders alike leading to the appointment of Avery and Anello.
National Sales Manager for Dale Joinery Matt Chambers says the investment in point of sale and training for merchants combined with increased marketing in end user markets has had a positive impact.
“The combination of investment in merchants and generating good quality leads through our own proactive marketing has had a really positive impact on enquiries and sales over the last 8 months in particular,” said Chambers.
“As part of our growing estimating team, Rachel and Isabelle are vital to ensuring we are dealing quickly and efficiently with estimates and general enquiries from merchants and end customers alike, supporting our sales team across the UK,” he added.
